Mauritius Dream Wedding 2011
Are you getting married at a luxury hotel in Mauritius between October 2011 and February 2012 and still looking for the right photographer? If so, Martin & Laura of Andeye Photography invite you to consider them as your wedding photographers and enter the Mauritius Dream Wedding 2011 competition.
The Competition
One couple holding their dream wedding in Mauritius could win exclusive wedding photography coverage from Andeye. The first prize includes the top of the range platinum digital wedding package plus a cherish/trash the dress shoot and a honeymoon shoot. Your wedding (and three other photo shoots) will receive the undivided attention of husband and wife team Martin & Laura Currie as your photographers, their expert enhanced reality retouching, and the production of your own dream wedding website.
Prize Details
The photographic experience will start with a pre-wedding shoot with Martin, held at least 2 days before the wedding. Dressed in your favourite casual clothes or beachwear, we’ll meet up at your hotel and capture gorgeous informal images of you together. In addition to receiving 10 professionally processed Facebook-ready images in advance of your wedding, we will discuss your favourite images so we can take more of your favourites on your wedding day.
On the day itself, Martin and Laura will personally attend everything from your morning preparations, until the ties come off or the final firework cracks in the evening:
Laura will join the bride around 2 hours before she leaves for the ceremony, to capture the excitement of your final preparations, while Martin will head out with the groom and take some shots of the guys relaxing before the ceremony – playing golf, shooting clays, or just enjoying the Indian Ocean.
We will then cover all angles of your ceremony, with Laura focusing on your smiles and tears of joy, and Martin capturing the wider beauty of the event. We will also provide passive video coverage of key moments which will be included in a fusion video/photo slideshow DVD.
Following the ceremony, Martin & Laura will work as a team to capture the romance in your sunset photo-shoot – using fashion industry standard off-camera lighting to rapidly create and capture moments – resulting in a range of stunning images fit for a magazine.
We will carefully process your images in time for a private candlelit champagne viewing at your hotel, at least five days after the wedding, where you can choose your favourite 120 images which will benefit from enhanced reality editing and be optimised for print at a selection of sizes provided on a deluxe memory stick along with 25 mounted images in an image box.
We will set up a customised wedding gallery (hosted at YourName.andeye.com) containing all the best images from the day along with your fusion video, giving you the opportunity to share this gallery with friends and family.
Following the wedding you will have your choice of one of two styles of bridal shoot to send off your dress, either an indoor, expertly-lit delicate fashion shoot where your dress becomes the star with a Cherish the DressTM shoot; or if you want extra room in your suitcase on the way home, or don’t mind getting wet, an outrageous Trash the Shoot should shock and awe friends back home.
In addition to this we will also return towards the end of your stay for a relaxed fashion/beachwear honeymoon shoot, where you can take us round your favourite spots and get some amazing images to help you remember the holiday of a lifetime.
Additional Prize
No booking is required to enter the competition. However, if the winning couple have already booked their wedding photography with Andeye prior to the announcement of the winners, their Andeye account will be credited with double the value of the deposit they have paid. This credit can be used to spend on additional products from Andeye including framed images, acrylics, canvas prints and albums, or even saved for a future photo-shoot.
Judging Criteria
The winning couple will be selected by a panel of judges including Andeye Photography and the GMs of a selection of top Mauritian hotels. Criteria that will be considered include the date, location and anticipated overall look of your dream wedding.
Proof of booking a wedding or vow renewal package at a 5 star hotel in Mauritius and a completed model release form would need to be submitted by at least three couples prior to commencement of judging and the announcement of the winning couple.
